This place is a real treat for mountain bikers. The trails are well marked, and the colours genuinely reflect the difficulty — reds can hurt, and blacks need a steady hand and a strong mind. Technical, demanding sections dominate, so it’s a great pick for riders who like a challenge and want to feel real flow on the ground.
Getting to Nauders is straightforward — from western Poland, via Germany, it’s about 1000 km, easily done in one day. You only cross a short stretch of Austria, so a 10-day vignette is enough — €12.80 at 2026 prices. The main lifts and bike infrastructure are 2–3 km from the town centre, worth keeping in mind when picking accommodation.
