EasyA loop across the forested peaks of the High Ridge. Gentle descents and climbs in an intimate forest setting.
Famous for one of the best one-way singletrack networks in Poland, close to 80 km in total. The trails vary widely — from very easy ones, perfect for a warm-up or family outings, to more demanding sections for those who like to feel their pulse on the climbs and adrenaline on the descents.

By car from Poznań, about 250–300 km and 4 hours: via Wrocław, the A4 towards Zgorzelec, then off onto DK30 to Gryfów Śląski. By train via Wrocław or Jelenia Góra, about 6 hours. Door-to-door minivan transfers are also available on this route, around 5 hours.
A rich network of trails on both the Polish and Czech sides. Mountain huts along the way: Stóg Izerski, Chatka Górzystów on Hala Izerska, and the Orle tourist station.
